ASCI का खुलासा, इन 42 विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ गुमराह की शिकायत सही


आजकल टीवी, अखबारों व सोशल मीडिया पर ओएलएक्स, स्नैपडील, उबर, भारती एयरटेल, मैरिको और कोलगेट-पामोलिव इंडिया जैसे विज्ञापनों की भीड़ है। कहीं भी ये नजर आ जाते हैं। ये बड़ी कंपनियों के विज्ञापन खुद को काफी बेहतर व क्‍वालिटी वाला बताते है, लेकिन हाल ही में विज्ञापन उद्योग नियामक एएससीआई ने इन विज्ञापनों को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा किया है। विज्ञापन उद्योग नियामक एएससीआई के मुताबिक दिसंबर में 79 विज्ञापनों में से 42 के खिलाफ गुमराह की शिकायते सही पाई गई हैं। इनका लोगों के बीच में खराब प्रभाव देखने को मिल रहा है। इन कपंनियों के विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ लोग लगातार शिकायतें कर रहे हैं।

गुमराह की शिकायतें
दिसंबर में 79 विज्ञापनों के खिलाफ गुमराह की शिकायतें आई थी। जिनमें सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है कि करीब 42 के खिलाफ शिकायतें सहीं पाई गई हैं। 42 विज्ञापनों में से आठ स्वास्थ्य खंड के विज्ञापन शामिल है। इसके अलावा नौ शैक्षणिक खंड के विज्ञापन शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा वाणिज्यिक खंड के सात, दूरसंचार और ब्राडबैंड क्षेत्र के तीन और 15 विज्ञापन अन्य दूसरे खंडो के शामिल हैं। इसके आलवा एएससीआई ने स्नैपील  भारती एयरटेल, मैरिको आदि के विज्ञापन से जुड़ी शिकायतों को भी पूरी तरह से जायज ठहराया है।विज्ञापन उद्योग नियामक एएससीआई का मानना है कि कंपनियों के पास उपभोक्‍ताओं को गुमराह करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है।  Read more Business News http://inextlive.jagran.com/business

Flipkart slashes price of Moto G (Gen 2) by Rs 2000 for Big App Shopping Days sale

Tech News  - Flipkart is offering the discount of Rs 2000 on its website during their Big App Shopping Days sale that starts on March 24. The sale will start from Monday and will continue till Wednesday.

During the three day sale, Flipkart is providing  several schemes and discount coupons for its mobile application users.

Moto G features 5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 294ppi pixel density. It is clocked at Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor complimented by 1 GB worth of RAM.


On the storage front, the device gets an internal storage capacity of 16GB, externally upgradable to 32GB through a microSD card. Moto G second-generation runs on Android v4.4.4 version and the device also features a 4G enabled modem.

For protection, the device makes use of Coring Gorilla Glass 3 and includes Multi-touch support.The decent performance in this device is possible due to the Qualcomm MSM8926 Snapdragon 400 chipset running on the Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU architecture complimented by 1GB worth of RAM.
It includes an Adreno 305 graphics solution as well. It is quite basic in nature but keeps up with your day-to-day graphical tasks.

It comes with an 8-megapixel camera on the rear surface with features like auto focus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, Touch focus, panorama, HDR, and face-detection and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. It sports 2390 mAh battery for long lasting usage.

Asus launches Zenfone C smartphone for Rs 5,999 in India

Zenfone C is much similar to its successors, Zenfone 5 and it is available in black, white and red colour and it weighs 150 grams. It features 4.5-inch display (854 x 480 pixels) which claims to deliver visuals at FWVGA resolution and carries Gorilla Glass protection.

The smartphone sports a VGA front camera and a 5MP camera on the rear that uses Asus's PixelMaster technology for bettering picture quality. The device is fixed with the SonicMaster technology to power its speakers.

The Zenfone C has 1GB of RAM, dual SIM support, 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot and a 2100mAh battery for long lasting usage time. The phone is powered by 1.2GHz dual core Intel (Cover Trail+) processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the popular Zen UI onboard.

The Asus Zenfone C, ZC451CG is basically a refreshed variant of the Zenfone 4 series which has has become a quite lot popular. The phone will be available in Asus exclusive stores from February 18th 2015.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G to go on sale for Rs 9,999 at Flipkart today at 2pm

The last flash sales of Xiaomi's  4G-enabled phablet saw a whopping 50,000 units going on sale on January 13. All the units were sold out in just 2 minutes 50 seconds on Flipkart.

Xiaomi,  however, also makes available its Redmi Note 4G through Airtel. The company could sell more models in Indian stores while pursuing its primarily online-only strategy if it succeeds in selling enough Redmi Note 4G handsets through shops of carrier Airtel.

Priced at Rs  9,999, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G features 5.5-inch 720 pixels display and 13 MP rear camera with LED flash. Also, it has 5 MP front snapper and the smartphone works upon 1.6 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor,  2GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage.

Xiaomi entered India with online retailer Flipkart.com in July, selling phones through flash sales whereby availability is limited to short time frames.

Gone in seconds! 40000 Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G smartphones sold out in just 6 seconds

Priced at Rs  9,999, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G will have 5.5-inch 720p display and 13 MP rear camera with LED flash.

Also, it has 5 MP front snapper and the smartphone will work upon 1.6 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor,  2GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G comes with a 3,100 mAh battery and has only one SIM card slot unlike its 3G version which has dual-SIM slot.

Xiaomi which entered Indian market in July has received good response in the country. The company has managed to sell one million smartphones in India by the end of year, via Flipkart.

Manu Kumar Jain Head of Xiaomi operation in India took to social networking site Twitter to announce the news.

Xiaomi to resume operations with Flipkart flash sale of Redmi 1S on 23th December

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday temporarily allowed the company to sell some of its devices in the country. Xiaomi's vice-president of international operations Hugo Barra said in a Facebook post that the company would have its next sale on December 23.
             
"We will also be resuming sales of Redmi Note shortly, with the 4G model this time," he posted.

Xiaomi's Mi3 and Redmi 1S use Qualcomm chips, according to the company's website. Its Redmi Note device uses a processor from MediaTek Inc.

Xiaomi had been asked to suspend selling its smartphones in a case related to patent infringements that telecom equipment maker Ericsson had filed against the Chinese company.
